Four names to keep attached
squeak! is ermfilm, freesound 130011, CC BY. The single cricket is cs272, 77034, CC BY. Bloody impact is Hybrid_V, 319590, CC BY. The creepy warp is Andromadax24, 184476, CC BY. Those four are why this page exists. The multiple-cricket bed is a different clip and the README marks it CC0.
Park ambience, the shutter, the news jingle, two screams, the gunshot, the cocking sound, the shotgun, and the crowd scream are marked CC0 on the same list. PIXI.js and Howler.js, which play the pictures and the audio, are MIT. That is the README, not a review.
What the cricket is doing in the story
You can photograph one cricket early for a silly chyron. Three crickets stand in the candle night after the credits. The scene is described on the epilogue page. The chyron index is headlines.

Why do the ducks squeak?
The button and fussing sounds use a freesound clip named squeak, by ermfilm, under CC BY. The characters are not ducks. The noise is just small and rude.
