How to use the table
Each row is a role, the shape, the first scene, the headline people remember, and what happens after the photo. Most of these roles have no search volume of their own, so they stay in the table. The couple is the exception, because people search the headline. Their page is the lovers.
Crickets are not a joke row. Three of them stand in the candle scene, and one early photo can print 'LIL' CRICKY <3'. That photo does not move the story. The sound credit is on sounds.
Roles the wiki merges
The hat circle starts a fashion. A different square screams and starts the fear. A happy, odd square is later shot. An armed circle shows up when the crowd is fully angry, and it wears the hat sprite. Visually, the hat makes the first and the last look related. The scenes treat them as different entrances.
I am not renaming them after the wiki. If you remember a spiky head or a fancy coat, look at the hat row and the armed row together, then read the scene order. The headline that turns the park is on everyone hates everyone.
FAQ
What is a peep?
The game's own word for a person, either a circle or a square. Normal peeps copy hats, fear, anger, and panic.
Who is the top hat guy?
A circle who introduces hats, then leaves after the photo. A later circle with a weapon reuses the same hat art, which is why guides treat them as one person.
Are Fancy Guy and Spiky Guy different?
The fan wiki folds several roles into those nicknames. I list the jobs separately: trendsetter, screamer, happy weirdo, and the armed circle.
